Now phone / ild phone getting sent back

Hi I've had my returns pack sent out and still waiting for new phone to be sent but just had a text saying saying final warning to send back old phone  or else I won't qualify for trade in discount .

@Timtim789  You need to call customer support about this.  You shouldn’t get the returns package until you’ve got the new device.
