No update on delivery

Ordered a new phone 2 days ago, received an initial email to say the order had been received but nothing since.

Which phone did you order, colour and storage size?

You will receive notification from DPD up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

We have no access to accounts, so if you want an answer you would have to ring customer service.
