I originally made an order a few weeks ago and my device was out of stock my order was cancelled as I phoned up and hadn’t received tracking after 5 days. I’ve reordered the device on the 22nd, the phone was in stock and when I spoke over the phone before they said I should’ve received tracking by now! I’ve got the XO number and when I put into tracking it says tracking timed out. What can I do to resolve this, I’ve tried calling 150 but everytime I call the phone just hangs up. What can I do to resolve this as it’s extremely frustrating.

@Eliroseferg You’ll receive tracking once a device is allocated to you. You have an order number and until a device is allocated you can not track nothing.

When will I be expected to receive tracking as it stated 1-2 working days.
