No tracking number

Hi. Was wondering if someone could help me please. I upgraded early last week to the iPhone 14 pro max, silver 128gb. I’ve not received any tracking number just an order number is this normal? How long of a wait am I looking at roughly and how long untill I should receive a tracking number thanks 😊 x

@Dh71    Have you received a tracking number?  You get this once a device is activated to you.    I would call customer services about this as the shipping times for the model are now down to 14 days

Hi. No I haven’t received a tracking number & ordered 3 weeks ago. Very strange, I think I might just give customer service a call in the morning. Last time I upgraded I got one within a matter of days & pic attached is what it’s saying after I type in order number & phone number
