@Lunawolf   Do you have a tracking number?  That’s not a number that starts with an XKO or KXN ?   What device did you order ? What colour? And storage size?  When did you order this ?   You also can not track an order until a device has been allocated to you then you’ll get a tracking number. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Samsung galaxy s22 ultra burgundy colour an 128gb and was ordered 1st January 2023 why

Since it was ordered on New Year's Day, and it was a bank holiday yesterday, it's likely you'll hear from DPD today. If not, I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so that they can check the order for you.

Hi 

I upgraded to an iPhone 14 pro on the 28/12/22 but when I go to track it , it’s not allowing me to view what’s going on with it.

is there a delay with this at all?
