I upgraded my phone on Saturday 26th November and received an order confirmation but there is not tracking information? It said it would be dispatched within 1 working day but there is nothing and I cannot track it on the order tracking page as it apparently doesn't exist?? I need to know where the phone is?

Welcome to the community,
You have not given us information what phone, colour and storage size.
Orders are dispatched on a first come first serve, and the evening before delivery you will receive notification from DPD and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.
If you want more information, you can otherwise ring customer service and they can take a look, there is no account access here.

Google pixel 6A, sage 128GB, it said it would be dispatched within 1 working day and it has been 3.

I've checked our stock levels and you're right, @Jprice305. That model is in stock and expected to be dispatched in one day.
I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team to check the order, just in case there's been a problem.
