I have just tried to arrange an upgrade through the website. I’ve gone all the way through sending the upfront payment, it’s showing as pending on my banking app, but the EE website seemed to time out or something just after and the phone I ordered isn’t showing on MyEE. Can I check that the order has actually gone through? I’ve had no confirmation email.

This is not customer service and there is no account access, you would have to ring customer service, they can check this out for you.
Have you checked your junk/spam email folder?
