Have you received a text from our couriers with a delivery window?

If you select any option on our IVR, you'll be taken through some options. When you select the option that you require, you'll be offered the chance to speak to an advisor.

I'm glad you managed to get through to an advisor who has given you an update.
if your device is due to be delivered tomorrow, you'll receive a text from our couriers with a delivery window in the morning.
If we have a high number of calls, our IVR will offer a call back, just so you won't have to wait on hold for a guide to answer.
I'll certainly feedback your comments about how we can improve our IVR, but if you'd like to make a complaint, you can do so via our complaints form.
