@DJE9832  No order can be promised to be delivered on a set date.  You’ll get a notification once a device is allocated to you with a tracking number.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
In view of your answer, it is unwise of EE employees to state that the
equipment will arrive on the next working day. And, whilst we're on the
subject, the new EE Bot needs another Tab labeled ANYTHING ELSE. This
hopefully would take you to a Human (Remember them?) who might be able to
advise about items not listed by the Bot.

Have you received a text from our couriers with a delivery window?

Thank you for your feedback; it's certainly something that I will pass on for you.

If you select any option on our IVR, you'll be taken through some options. When you select the option that you require, you'll be offered the chance to speak to an advisor.

Hi Chris, I found a way via Sales. The guy said it had been ordered and
they were "just packing it in the Warehouse for dispatch"! It is expected
tomorrow.
As for the Bot, it is frustrating as you are led by never ending questions
instructions etc before beinv told sonebody will call you back in 15
minutes - unless you hit the Sales Tab, then a Human answers.

I'm glad you managed to get through to an advisor who has given you an update.

if your device is due to be delivered tomorrow, you'll receive a text from our couriers with a delivery window in the morning.

If we have a high number of calls, our IVR will offer a call back, just so you won't have to wait on hold for a guide to answer.

I'll certainly feedback your comments about how we can improve our IVR, but if you'd like to make a complaint, you can do so via our complaints form.
