I ordered a phone last night it took my money and I have no order confirmation or order number

It should be showing as pending on your account and will only be taken, once your order has been dispatched.

Have you checked your spam/junk folder?

Otherwise I would suggest contacting customer service and they can take a look for you.

I've moved your post to its own thread so you can have a dedicated place for your query.

As a first port of call I'd definitely check the details @Schockwave has mentioned here, as this will give a good indication on whether the order has gone through. 

If you can let me know the model of phone you've gone for here though, including the colour and storage version, we can check delivery timescales too.
