No idea when my new phone will arrive

Ordered the s25 as a new contract on the 5th Feb, was told it would be dispatched the following day for next day delivery. The tracking information is currently saying awaiting delivery date confirmation as it has not been dispatched as of it. Phone customer services today and have been told it can take 7 days to dispatch, from today's date might I add not the date I ordered the phone (5th feb).  Horrible customer service, no updates but we're quick enough to take £130 out of my account as an upfront payment.

@Aimeeander24  Purchased outright isn’t from the same stock it’s two different stores.   Both owned by EE but one is anyone can buy from and it has no contract and the other has a contract attached to it.   Different stock as it’s 2 different shopping areas.
