No email after live chat order

I placed an order last night via live chat for a new device as joining from BT but haven’t received a conformation email only thing i have is the screen share email that says status confirmed,

when rang last night to get email was being transferred to tech then the lines closed as was 9pm 

order has been confirmed over phone but still no email

Can you check your junk/spam emails?

Were you given an estimated delivery timescale?

I have checked all emails folders and nothing 

got told could be 23rd or the 28th dec

just seen on website now saying dispatched with in 28days rang customer service and they can’t help me with a time frame or the order ref

As soon as it's ready to be delivered you'll get a text from DPD.

If you haven't got it by the 28th, I'd recommend getting back in touch with customer care and they should then be able to provide an update.

Have had the email to say my phone is on the way with my plan details and the expected delivery date, but on the email it only had my account number there no order number for tracking nor anything from dpd was told on phone it was done for next day delivery is this common practice as they changed my phone memory size as original was out of stock so it classed as additional line. 
will I still get it on the delivery of next day?

@Dlgs87   It’s not classed as an additional line you took out an additional line.   Are you already an EE customer? Did you want to upgrade?    Because this isn’t an upgrade it’s a 2nd line on your account. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Chris_B @It was amended order but had to do it as 2nd line before cancelling original.

I am joining from Bt mobile so I have a new account with EE which is on my it’s on it’s way email but no order ref for tracking and nothing from dpd to say it be with me tomorrow

If your phone is going to be delivered today, you should receive a text from DPD before 11am.
