No email after live chat order

I placed an order last night via live chat for a new device as joining from BT but haven’t received a conformation email only thing i have is the screen share email that says status confirmed,

when rang last night to get email was being transferred to tech then the lines closed as was 9pm 

order has been confirmed over phone but still no email

@James_B have been informed it being delivered to store which I didn’t ask for and my id out of date so can’t be accepted 

not sure what to do now

Do you have the DPD app to track and divert it?

How were you notified about the store delivery?

@Jon_K nope not had anything from dpd and it was CS who told me as i rang to get a tracking number

I'd recommend getting in touch with the store to see what they would do with your ID in this instance.

The order will come from DPD and you should be notified when it's coming.
