Hi if I contact CS about changing the colour of my handset, would they allow me to do that as I’m without a handset and I need a handset urgently ( family matters)

How do I file a complaint Cs are saying it isn’t showing up on the System Steven ****** is saying it is on the system I’m just going round in circles with it

Finally spoken to someone they’ve said my account is stuck due to a live line or something.

After being on the phone for just over 2 hours I managed to order a new device  iPhone 13 128GB in pink over the phone yesterday, got the confirmation email with the order number etc, at 17:36

was told it would definitely be delivered today she also said, DPD wouldn’t message me straight after I placed my order  but I would recieve a text or email from DPD today tried tracking it this morning but it’s just saying you have no parcel activity, could this change today?

If it is being delivered today, you should receive a delivery notification from DPD before 11am.

I recieved a text this morning from DPD saying they’ve recieved my order and they’ll recieve my parcel shortly I’ve also received my direct debit email so fingers crossed it comes today.
