Hi if I contact CS about changing the colour of my handset, would they allow me to do that as I’m without a handset and I need a handset urgently ( family matters)

I spoke to someone at EE called Steven , he went through all my options after being on the phone almost two hours we finally sorted a handset out, he said that I was available without a 7 day wait so he ordered it for me but never gave me a order number.

Once the order has been dispatched DPD will be in touch with delivery information. 

Did you provide an alternative number or email for DPD when you placed the order?

DPD will contact you with tracking details for the delivery, you can download the DPD app and use the mobile or email as the reference to see any scheduled deliveries.
