I placed an order for a pay monthly phone and contract 3 days ago. There has been no confirmation email nor delivery.
Your online track order keeps failing and any CS number you provide goes round in circles and I cannot speak to a human.
Could you get in touch asap please.

Have you downloaded and checked the DPD app.
Alternatively if tracking is not working you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.
