I am also trying to use the NHS EE Perks code when trying top upgrade anytime and receiving "code not valid" error message. I have tried 2 separate codes and both not working.

Welcome to the community.
If it is coming up with the same error using two codes, it would be that the plan you are choosing is not eligible.
The Perk discount is only able to be added to a Flex Pay plan, where you pay separately for the phone and plan, or a 12 or 24 month SIM Only plan.
It is not able to be added to a standard contract or one with annual upgrade included, or those that are already discounted.
There is more on the Perk discount and eligibility on our website.
Please try to select an eligible plan to see if that lets you add the discount.
