I ordered the iPhone 17 pro max ten days ago and since then I have received an email of acknowledgement and the ee finance agreement email. I have had the upfront cost charged on bank which was expected but extremely disappointed about communication for confirmation and delivery. I have already phoned and emailed just to receive no help. What can I do.

We'd not be able to provide a delivery tracking reference to you until your order has been passed to our couriers.
I can see you spoke with a colleague earlier in this thread, and they informed you that our tracker states more than 28 days from when you ordered the device.
That would mean that we'd be looking at a date after the 9th of November for the delivery.

28 days would be the 6th no? Still doesnt explain why i have had no confirmation
