I ordered an iPhone 11 pro max in cosmic orange. Delivery originally said 28 days and I was fine with that. It has now been 33 days and no sign of it being dispatched!

If you have bought your phone outright rather than as part of a contract, does your order number begin with EE rather than with XKO? If so when you call you would need to ask to speak to the electronics team, as our billing guides wont have access to those types of orders but our electronics team do.

Alternatively you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 about your specific order.

I have tried doing that but as its just a phone order and not contract they can not help!
