Hello 

I upgraded to a sim only contract and I have not recieved any confirmation email.

i do have the order number from when i made it because I screenshotted it but the tracking doesn’t work not sure what to do if anyone can help and I ordered it Sunday.

Have you moved to a SIM Only contract from pay as you go?

No I moved from pay monthly mobile and I’ve upgraded to sim only

Thanks for confirming @Hc151

In this case you won't receive a new SIM, the services on your current SIM will be changed. 

When you log in to your EE account online does your new plan show?

No not yet it just says upgrade will show at a later date and my contract doesn’t end till 12 December so maybe show up then?

Yes, the new plan will take effect when your current plan ends, @Hc151. 🙂
