No 'add a voucher' option at checkout so can't use nhs discount code

I have an eeperk nhs discount code.
It works at checkout under 'got a voucher' if I DON'T log in to my account.
When I log into my account to upgrade the only option at checkout is 'promo code' which the code doesn't work for.
I need to use it on my existing account as an upgrade so I don't end up with two contracts

Hi Chris,
I have tried on the App, on my phone using Google and also my laptop too. It does not give me the option to add it anywhere when trying to do it.

It's on the Plan & Addons section, @Shannonmills. This is how it shows on my device, you should see it at the bottom of the screenshot:
I just chose a random device and plan though.

Hi Chris,
Thankyou that is really helpful. I have found it on my laptop (still unavailable on my phone) but now it's saying "coupon is not applied due to invalid coupon code provided" I've tried two which are in date etc.
I have seen that others have had the same issue with it as well.

Do you have a VPN connected, @Shannonmills? If so, could you disable it in order to put the code in?
Is the offer you've chosen already discounted? Is it a code that you've gotten from the EE Perk Portal?

Hi Chris,
No VPN on my laptop. The phone does not have any discounts as I am not trading my current phone in. The codes are from EE perks as well.
The phone is Google pixel 9, £50upfront with 28gb data.

As far as I can tell, the code should be eligible on that deal, @Shannonmills.
I suggest speaking with our Mobile Care team. They will be able to double check the new plan to make sure the discount can be added, and put a note on your account.
Then you can order online and phone back up to add the discount after you have received it. This can be done within the first 30 days of taking the plan out.
