I have an eeperk nhs discount code.
It works at checkout under 'got a voucher' if I DON'T log in to my account.
When I log into my account to upgrade the only option at checkout is 'promo code' which the code doesn't work for.
I need to use it on my existing account as an upgrade so I don't end up with two contracts

Is there any other discount or offer showing at checkout when you are logged in?

Yes, I’m ‘ready to upgrade’ and when I select my phone & plan through the ‘upgrade’ button I get all the way to the end and are only asked for a promo code & not a voucher.
I will have NHS Discount attached to my current plan but that neither carried over to the new phone and I’m not able to add my ee perk voucher code. There is nothing that I can see or know of with regards to any other discounts ☹

Hi @LiannaElsam
Before you get to check out on the Extras page, right at the bottom there should be a 'Got a gift voucher' option, have you tried adding the perk code in there?

Hi,
I am also having this issue, no where can I add promo code or voucher when trying to add my discount to an upgraded contact for the new Google pixel 9. I have tried other phones and having the same issue. My current phone is on sim only so I can upgrade it any time according to EE.

Could you try viewing the same products when using a different device or browser please? Is there still no voucher box?
