Hi I ordered a new last Tuesday which on 7 day despatch but had no email so I can't track the order through ee

Did you get any confirmation when you placed the order?

Was it ordered online or over the phone?

Ordered over phone no email regarding the phone so can't track the order number

If you didn't get the confirmation email, I'd recommend speaking to our customer service guides so they can check the order for you.

If it is on the way, they'll be able to give you the tracking number, but if it hasn't been despatched yet, they can give you the order number so you can track the progress.
