Hi, I ordered the above phone on pay monthly on 02/10/24. 

I have not received a single email from EE regarding this order - not even an order confirmation. I am aware of the wait times being up to 28 days for dispatch and am happy to wait for this but I’ve not received even an email or text stating my order has been added to the queue. Is this normal? I placed the order online via an agent who informed me I would receive an email within 24 hours. I’ve spoken to numerous agents on 150 but haven’t got an answer to my question - I am hoping I can find an answer here. I’ve never had this issue with EE and have been a loyal customer for over 5 years.

If you have had no email and unable to track the order, please give us another call on 150 the team will get this looked into for you and provide you with the order reference number needed for updates on the online order tracker.

I have also looked on my EE secure link to view orders and it says I have no current orders associated with my account? Why is this? Surely even if it isn’t in stock, my order should be on the system and at least showing up on my account.

If order tracking is not working then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

There is no account access on these forums.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
