Apple Ultra Watch 3 Order Fiasco

Ordered my new Apple Watch Ultra 3 49mm Black Titanium case with Black Titanium Milanese Loop. I have up until today had no tracking from EE or PDP. Literal hours on the phone to EE I find the wrong mobile has been put on the DPD order so this has stopped any tracking and PIN being sent to me. I have finally clicked the less the clever EE sales team used my actual watch number .. I had paid £4.99 today to DPD after speaking to EE saying they had fixed this issue. Again is has not so I am now £4.99 out of pocket and PDP wont refund me as they have tried to deliver . EE you failed me on this and my iPhone order.. Best network maybe for coverage but very sub par with customer service.  The Mobile number has now been sorted and delivery booked in for Monday again cost to me with work... EE agents just don't have a clue when you speak to them, and being passed around multiple departments is a great use of my day as well

@mattworcester  Why not as mentioned many times on this forum.   Download the DPD app and from that you can see everything about any pending delivery’s and the four digit pin you need to give the courier.    

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Chris... that was my first action. Due to EE not using the correct details on the PDP order this has not generated me an email a text or a view in the PDP App!  The above is not helpful. Nor is the hours on the phone to EE trying to get though and when I finally do to be told its fixed then to find today it isn't.. my watch phone number is still linked to the delivery so no notification of my PIN again.
