I ordered a new phone as an upgrade on Wednesday and the next day received a text that it was cancelled but gave no further information. I then went into the local EE branch and they had tech issues so I couldn't get a new phone there either.
I then ordered a different phone on the app and received an order confirmation email but have heard nothing since then and the tracking number doesn't work - it just says it's timed out. I'm anxious that this order will also be cancelled or I'll be kept waiting for a long time, and I've been unable to get in touch with customer service.
