Hi I had an issue online when preordering the new 17 pro max and called for you to say it wasn’t actually done so completed over the phone and was told Friday they are being delivered and still no updates on the app, is there any delays with the deliveries? Just worried it hasn’t been ordered, again!

If this doesn't work then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.
Also download the DPD app.

Yeah tracker is at the very first step not saying it’s been dispatched or anything, will have to calm them I think just to be sure
