Good day,
I ordered the samsung 25 egde 2 days ago (through upgrading), got the email detailing everything including an Order number.
However every time i am trying to track the order, the tracker is coming up with oops, tracking timed out. Looked on the my orders page and there is nothing?
i can see there are a few people who have had the same issue and the only thing that seems to be fixing it, is coming onto the forums.
Tried every way i could to speak to someone about this, but apparently speaking to people is off the cards with EE and everything is done online or through the stupid AI assistant that repeats itself.
I just want my phone 😂
If anyone could help it would be much appreciated,

Please give our Customer Service team a call, press option 2, where a guide can check your order went through correctly.
They will be able to give you the order confirmation number, and check the handset is in stock and no delay in shipping, and check your tracking manually for you.
