Placed an order for a sim only deal yesterday and tody have a text saying the order has been cancelled but with no explanation as to why.
Bit puzzled, do they normally follow up with an explanation?

Managed to get it sorted on the phone in about 30 minutes. For some reason bank details didn't work but card details did for them?

Hmmm, might give them a ring. I move in a few weeks and EE is the only provider with good coverage.

Same thing happened to me today after wasting an hour trying to place an order. In the end I managed to place an order but then got the same text you did. I suspect its their useless app and website not popping up with the card verification for the card provider so the card gets declined. It definately didn't pop up for me. I've placed an order with another provider instead which strangely was reasonably straightforward, went through straight away and didn't take up an hour of my time doing something that should take 5 minutes. If this is what they are like with placing orders imagine how good they will be if there is a problem!
