I ordered my new phone iPhone 16 plus in Black 256gb had an email giving me an order number now nothing since. The order number tracking just comes back as “oops your tracking timed out” can’t get hold of anyone to ask was in the Guide queue for 90mins this morning still nothing who can I speak to.

now Seriously considering cancelling the lot and moving to O2

Finally had an update this evening but I feel that was only because
I chased it with customer service earlier today.
Hopefully I’ll get an update from DPD tomorrow

The current delivery estimate for that model is to 'expect dispatch within one day'. When did you order it?
