New phone delivery

I have upgraded my phone and on the order requested it be delivered to my local EE store, however DPD has tried to deliver it to my home address and I keep missing them due to my dad being seriously ill in hospital.

Can this be looked into so I can collect from store ..

You will need to call EE on 150 who can edit the DPD dispatch though their business tools and change the delivery details.

In store representatives will not be able to assist with this as they do not have access to these tools.
