New mobile phone order - not sure what is happening?

So I placed a new mobile phone order yesterday, received an email not long after saying order successful and I have an order number. But notheard anything at all since. When will I hear? Does that mean I’m accepted for the phone or not? Does anyone know what will happen next as I thought it was next day ? But I did order early hrs on a weekend. When I try to track it says timed out every time, just not sure what to do next to see if I am going to get this phone or not. Any help would really be appreciated… thanks

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
