I'm trying to upgrade my plan (phone + sim), using the EE Perk code that I get with my work, but every time I try to use it, it says that "Code entered is not applicable with this data plan. Please beware that certain codes aren't applicable if discounts are already applied."
There's no additional discount to the plan, so can't quite get why the code isn't working?

No, I haven't. Just generated a new one and applied, but I didn't work.
Can I use this code on the phone or in the store?

Same with my. Tried to call but after half hour wait I gave up. I guess no upgrading this year 😞
