HI, I'm at a stage where I can upgrade for free. I have chosen a phone and contract, I also have a discount code. the code when I enter it does not work, once entered there's a moment where the page updates but nothing. I have tried also a 20% code from my Student app. same thing. I have made sure I have not chosen an already discounted contract and have a flexi pay option. I went in to the shop and showed them. they told any issues would be resolved today. today still nothing working. any help?
