I placed an order yesterday as a new customer for a new phone and sim i have paid the upfront cost but i have not received any confirmation email of payment or order i am just cocerned that the order hasnt gone through thou payment was made due to signal issues in the area

Welcome to the community,
If there were a problem with your order, Customer service would have contacted you, especially since they have taken the upfront payment.
You will receive notification from DPD the day before and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.
May I ask what phone, storage size and colour you ordered?
You can always ring customer service to find out and make sure the order has gone through.
Also, have you checked your spam/junk folder to see if confirmation has gone there?
