Customer service contact - discrimination against ASD

Lin-Janet

Good afternoon. I wanted to upgrade a PAYE to monthly contract but the website is so bad I can't find the right package. I was dismayed to find that EE does not provide a customer service email or ChatBot option. How is it possible that I can write them a letter and post it, but not send an email?
I am seriously telephone phobic, I cannot call them and that also rules out the Text relay service. I find this discriminatory and will leave EE for Vodafone as soon as I can, where there is a ChatBot and email address.

@Lin-Janet : Follow How Do I Upgrade from Pay As You Go? to switch from PAYG to contract. Your existing PAYG credit will be carried over as credit towards your future bills. You keep your existing SIM & no. The plan on it is just switched to contract.

Where have VF published an email address? Can you give a link.

@Lin-Janet  Nothing stopping you from going to a store.
emails are to slow to deal with customer issues.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
How naive - I live in a remote area, there is no store in 15 miles.
