Hi everyone,
I’m looking for some help regarding an order I placed on [Day you ordered]. I received a confirmation email with the web order reference xko****, but I’m having trouble tracking it.
Every time I try to use the EE online tracker with that reference and my postcode, I get the following error message: "There has been a problem with your request. An unknown error occurred. Please try again later."
I've tried different browsers and cleared my cache, but it’s still not working. Could someone please advise if this means the order hasn't been processed yet, or if there is a known issue with the tracker?
I haven't received a DPD tracking number yet, so I'm just looking for a status update.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble tracking your order. If you give our customer support team a call, they will be able to search for your order and get you an update.
