New phone order

Hi, I ordered a phone on Saturday, I know deliveries etc do not take place on a weekend but I am unable to use the order tracker as it is saying my order ref is invalid. Is this normal ?

It may not be processed yet. 

If order tracking is not working then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

You should download the DPD app as well.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I was unsure if it’s late due to bank holidays, however last time this happened I had issues so just wanted to make sure.
