Hi, I ordered a phone on Saturday, I know deliveries etc do not take place on a weekend but I am unable to use the order tracker as it is saying my order ref is invalid. Is this normal ?

Looking at the order history for iPhone 17 Pro 256GB Deep Blue , stock guidance while placing the order on the 2nd May was: "Now in stock (Expect despatch within 1 day) "
Which means now the Bank Holliday is over you should receive this shortly.
You should also now be able to track your order on our Track Your Order page.
However, if you haven't done so already I would recommend downloading the DPD app, so that soon as this device is ready to be shipped you will be notified with the tracking details.

It may not be processed yet.
If order tracking is not working then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.
You should download the DPD app as well.
