Money taken but no order number

Hello!

I ordered a new iPhone on a pay monthly contract yesterday. The up front payment went from my bank but the phone was still on my basket and I've had no order number or confirmation email...

What's going on?!

I have checked our stock levels and this device is in stock and shows to expect despatch within one day @Bobjo27xx. 

If you are unable to call I would recommend either visiting your local EE Store so they can chase your order.

Yes checked nothing there at all

I'd recommend allowing a few hours in case this is slightly delayed @Ammieebhokk. 

Alternatively, our customer care team will be able to confirm that your order has been received.
