I placed an order on Friday and was told it will be delivered by Monday the 30th of September and tracking is still waiting for confirmation. Will I receive my phone tomorrow

Welcome to the community.

I am sorry that you were told it would be with you on Monday. That particular model is showing as a dispatch time of more than 28 days, which all of our teams would have access to see.

You can call and cancel the order, but just to set expectation, all of the iPhone 16 Pro Max models do have wait times, with many being more than 28 days.

Which IPhone did you order, colour and storage size?

You will get notification from EE once your order is being dispatched and one from DPD up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

You'll need to keep monitoring the tracker. 

When your delivery is due DPD will text you. I suggest downloading the DPD app and registering.

@andybranton8586 , there could be a high demand for that one, and even Apple are apparently saying deliveries expected towards the end of October, so as already mentioned keep a look out for further details.

Can I call up to cancel this order and pick a different phone? As I got
told It will be Monday delivery I will have no phone so I'll have to make
changes to this order so I have a phone for Monday
