Missing EE £50 Game card Voucher

Hi,

I ordered a Meta Quest 3S with a £50 Game card back on 10th November 2024 and the voucher still hasn't arrived. 

Please could somebody look into this?

I joined EE just for this offer, how was the gamecard sent, have seen some people say on other forums it was digitally sent, some saying physical. anyway never got mine either way and when i try call 07953 966150, all i get is options for mobile or tv etc... is there a more specific number i should be using as im not an EE customer for anything else just my quest 3s

I ordered this offer for my son beginning of July and didn't receive my £ 50  pound gift card either I wasn't sure if it was supposed to be in the packaging or if it's emailed or a text, it's not mad clear he is upset.
