hello, I have a 6-week order for the iPhone pro max 256.g black, what's happening, I was told to change the color, because it comes faster, I changed it but in vain, what's happening, it takes too long

Apple probably haven't made it yet. Try searching for the covid lockdowns in China and educate yourself. 

EE will send out stock when it's received. Apple own site says 29/12 and as their customers will get priority then I would say early 2023.
