IPhone14 ordered 19/11/25 but no dispatch info yet

I ordered an IPhone14 on 19 Nov and received an order number but the ‘order dispatched on

 

’ date is blank so wondering when I can expect to receive this phone - it’s an older model so why the delay?

Welcome to the community. 

I have taken a look at our stock and the iPhone 14 is showing as available and despatch with 1 day. I would definitely recommend Contacting our Customer service team, who will be able to take a look at this for you.

Just to add to the above, the website shows a starlight 128gb only available within 1 day - iPhone 14 | Apple iPhone 14 Deals, Contracts & Offers | EE 

Suspect if it's another one it may not actually be available as end of life
