I made an order for a new phone on 23th November and have not received any information on when it will be delivered. I have tried the online order tracker and says that there is no information available and that i will receive texts with updates but i havent. They are now expecting me to pay a £90 bill for a phone i havent got.

You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 if the tracker isn't working.
