No phone, order tracking not working, can't find a chat box anywhere....

I ordered a new 'phone (in stock) on Monday. It has not arrived and the tracking doesn't work. I can't find a chat box anywhere and I am currently in perpetual telephonic hell being aurally abused by Cliff Richard and Mariah Carey...........what a horror show. I used to like Kevin Bacon.

what is the actual waiting time for a new 'phone?

What do you mean being abused by Cliff Richard and Mariah Carey? I have never heard such nonsense, what the hell have they done? I am a Cliff Richard fan and think he is amazing.

As for the phone, which one did you order, what size and colour?
