Ordered iPhone 17 pro max orange 512gb 15th oct but still no update on delivery…been more than a month…and nothing from ee about delay or anything…rang ee customer service last week and was told by customer service that stock has arrived and will be notified soon but rang couple of times this week but saying no update on stock don’t know how long it’s gonna take more and no update means fully lied to their customers it’s been already 5 weeks..apple’s own waiting period is 1 week now…really disappointed…

Same here ordered same phone on same day and zero updates. Currently says 21 days as well for new orders.

Shambles from EE be the last time I ever buy anything through them.

We want to get your phone to you as swiftly as possible, and I can understand how upsetting it must be that this still has yet to arrive. I'd recommend making a complaint at this point, given the lack of information you've had when you've reached out, and the team will be able to look into this for you, and work to get this resolved.

Cancelled my order as they couldn’t provide a delivery date after 32 days was told could be 20 more went to Vodafone and I got same phone in two days
