iPhone 17 delayed

I upgraded to an iPhone 17 on the 5th of November and it said my order was dispatched on the same day, nothing has changed when track it on the ee app but I’ve heard nothing since. has anyone else’s phone been delayed for 2 weeks?

Hi Debbie,

I ordered my iPhone 17 Pro Max 256gb in Cosmic Orange on October 21st and haven't heard anything to this day. 

Would you be able to chase this up please?

At the point you ordered we were estimating up to 28 days for delivery, and from what I can see at my end our oldest outstanding order is from the 18th of October. 

Fingers crossed this should be with you really soon, so please keep an eye out and you'll get a text from DPD once this is on its way.
