Hi, could you let me know if there is a waiting list for the Iphone 17 Pro Max cosmic orange, as I have not been advised there is an issue with supply during ordering process.

For orders placed on 08/12/2025 for the iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB Cosmic Orange, you can expect dispatch within 7 days. Once stock is allocated to your order, we'll let you know, and then DPD will be in touch to set your delivery date and time slot. Please download the DPD app, as this is the best way to track your order.

Also order tracking does not work, just says timed out immediately

Which storage version have you ordered here, or were you just looking to check stock options in general?

Also if you have an outstanding order, what date did you place this on?

I ordered the 256gb version.

Order was placed on the 8th December , just need an idea when I can expect it please.

Its the 16th of December and still no confirmation of dispatch or indeed any communication at all.

I would recommend giving a our customer service guides so they can look at the order @gazzer1706.

It does show that orders are currently 1-3 days with the oldest outstanding order being from the 15th December. ]

When you speak to the team, they'll check the order has gone through and if it has, what the status is.

If there has been a problem with the order, they can help to put it through again.

So I spoke to customer services and they said there was no order even though it went through on the application and I was sent emails, this is the second time this has happened and currently I have made 2 up front payments of £30 for orders that have not gone through. and haven't been refunded ( one dating back to the 8th).

I called customer services yesterday after the order failed to go through, the order was put through manually and I was charged £30 plus delivery and I have not been given an order number or emailed any documents. Also the order is not showing on my account.

I should have said that this is a second line I already have a phone with EE.
