I ordered an upgrade to a 16 teal 265GB. It’s saying that the order is confirmed but I haven’t received any updates regarding delivery. I was wondering if it’s low in stock, when would it be delivered? Or is it possible to change the colour to another one that is in stock to potentially get the phone earlier?

The iPhone 16 128GB White is showing in stock and would normally be despatched with a day of the order.
If you've not heard anything yet, I'd recommend speaking to our customer service guides, so they can check the order on your account.

hI @Onreehop0988 We don't have access to customer accounts here in the EE Community, so we'd need to get one of our guides to take some details from you then they'll be able to access your account.
To speak to a guide, you'd just need to dial 150 from an EE phone, or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.
